WARRANTY

Our modded controllers come with a 1-year warranty.

The terms and conditions of our warranty are as follows:

• The warranty applies solely to modified features of the controller. For instance, defects in modded components are covered, but standard controller parts (e.g., headphone audio jacks, batteries, USB connectors) are not protected by the warranty.
• Intentional damage, misuse, or neglect voids the warranty.
• Shipping costs for sending the controller back and forth will be your responsibility for controllers over 1 year old. WiCKED LABS AU Custom Controllers will cover all repair expenses, unless the warranty has been voided.
• Cosmetic wear and tear is anticipated and is not covered by the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover issues caused by negligence or improper care, such as water damage.
