For all orders above $299 within Australia, expect free express delivery within 1-4 business days.
We exclusively utilize Australia Post Express for all shipments, ensuring swift and reliable delivery to your doorstep.
Our goal is to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, ensuring you receive your new controller swiftly.
Get ready to elevate your gaming experience within a week or less!
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by Australia Post Express, and WiCKED LABS is not liable for any delays experienced during transit.
WiCKED LABS holds no responsibility for orders lost due to incorrectly provided addresses during checkout. Additionally, we are not liable for packages left unattended if "Authority to Leave" is selected as the shipping option.

Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wickedlabs.com.au. Once accepted, we will provide you with the address to send the controller back to us. Please note that controllers sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed once the controller is received and assessed.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note: All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee - as all orders are custom built.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee covers the costs incurred in processing your order payment.
