What are your turnaround times?

All Australian orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receipt. After shipment, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free express shipping for all orders of controllers above $299.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

How can I cancel my order?

Simply get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Please be aware a 10% restock fee for cancellations will be applied.

What if I'm not happy with my controllers?

If you're not satisfied, you can return your controller for a refund within 7 days.

Please note there is a 30% restock fee - as all orders are custom built.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Sorry, we don't offer pick up.

Can I use the controllers on PC?

Both PS5 and Xbox controllers are compatible with PC too. Just plug-and-play!

Do mods only work on FPS games?

No, mods enhance the controller to work seamlessly with any game you throw at them!

How much warranty do you provide?

We provide 1 year standard warranty.
