What is a Marius 8K controller?
A Marius 8K controller uses the Marius performance motherboard inside a PS5 DualSense-style shell. It is built for competitive PC gaming with native 8000Hz polling, precision stick options, remappable rear buttons and performance upgrades.
Is the Marius 8K controller compatible with PS5?
No. Marius 8K controllers are designed for wired PC gaming only. They do not support normal PS5 console gameplay, Bluetooth or wireless play.
What does native 8000Hz polling mean?
Native 8000Hz polling allows the controller to report inputs to your PC up to 8,000 times per second. The Marius platform supports this without requiring an external USB polling-rate overclock.
Do Marius 8K controllers have TMR thumbsticks?
Yes. Wicked Labs offers precision magnetic thumbstick options, including 3-pin TMR and available 5-pin magnetic configurations, depending on the setup you choose.
What is the difference between Marius 8K Pro, FPS and Max?
Pro includes precision sticks, two remappable back buttons and Pro rear grip. FPS adds clicky bumpers and triggers. Max includes everything in FPS plus clicky face buttons.
Are the back buttons remappable?
Yes. Marius 8K Pro, FPS and Max builds include two remappable back buttons, allowing key controls to be moved to the rear of the controller.
