This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through wickedlabsau.com.au, including custom-built gaming controllers, prebuilt controllers, accessories, and related products.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Prebuilt Controllers & Accessories
- Processing Time: 1–5 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on stock levels and order volume
Custom Controllers
All custom controllers are built to order in Australia.
- Processing Time: 5–15 business days
- This includes assembly, modification, testing, and quality control
During peak periods, sales events, or high demand, processing times may be extended.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship orders using Australia Post.
🇦🇺 Australia
Delivery times begin once processing has been completed and the order has been dispatched.
- Standard Shipping (Australia Post): Estimated timeframe determined by Australia Post
- Express Shipping (Australia Post): Faster delivery timeframe determined by Australia Post
Delivery speed depends on:
- The shipping method selected at checkout
- Destination (metro, regional, remote)
- Australia Post operational conditions
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship internationally using Australia Post services where available.
- Processing times remain the same (Prebuilt: 1–5 business days, Custom: 5–15 business days)
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and service selected
- Customs clearance may cause delays outside our control
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or international fees imposed by their local authorities.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
4. ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Wicked Labs AU is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Parcels delivered to the address provided at checkout
If an order is returned due to address errors, additional reshipping fees may apply.
5. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery or expected delivery
- Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)
We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post and assist in resolving the issue.
Resolution timeframes depend on courier investigation processes.
6. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Processing time is separate from shipping time
- Custom controller orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- Shipping delays caused by couriers, weather events, customs, or peak periods are outside our control
- Risk in goods passes to the customer upon dispatch, subject to Australian Consumer Law
