This Warranty & Returns Policy applies to all gaming controllers, accessories, and related products (“Products”) sold by Wicked Labs AU through wickedlabsau.com.au or authorised sellers.
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees provided by law.
1. STANDARD WARRANTY COVERAGE
✅ 1-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY (ALL PRODUCTS)
All Wicked Labs AU products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Installation or workmanship faults
-
Hardware failures under normal use
During the warranty period, Wicked Labs AU will repair or replace the Product (at our discretion) if a covered fault is confirmed.
2. OPTIONAL EXTENDED WARRANTY
Customers may purchase an extended warranty, increasing total coverage to 2 years from delivery.
Extended warranty terms:

Must be purchased at checkout

Covers the same faults as the standard warranty

Does not reset or restart after repairs
-
Is non-refundable once activated
Extended warranty coverage is tied to the original Product and purchaser.
3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear (including stick drift caused by use)

Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, dents)
-
Damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, or abuse
-
Liquid or moisture damage
-
Damage caused by power surges or incorrect charging
-
Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering
-
Commercial or excessive use
-
Exposure to extreme temperatures or environments
4. RETURNS POLICY
❌ NO CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS (ALL PRODUCTS)
Wicked Labs AU does not accept change-of-mind returns, including but not limited to:

Ordering the wrong model or configuration
-
Deciding you no longer want the product
-
Preference changes after ordering
This applies to both custom and prebuilt controllers.
CUSTOM CONTROLLERS
Custom controllers are built to order and:

Cannot be cancelled once production begins

Are not eligible for returns unless faulty
PREBUILT CONTROLLERS
Prebuilt controllers:

Are not eligible for change-of-mind returns
-
May only be returned if faulty or not as described
5. FAULTY PRODUCTS & ACL RIGHTS
If a Product is faulty, you may be entitled to:

Repair
-
Replacement
-
Refund
depending on whether the fault is minor or major, as defined under Australian Consumer Law.
We assess all claims fairly and in accordance with the law.
6. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
STEP 1 – CONTACT SUPPORT
Email support@wickedlabsau.com.au within the warranty period and include:

Order number

Description of the issue

Photos or video evidence (if applicable)
STEP 2 – ASSESSMENT
We may request troubleshooting steps or additional information.
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
⚠️ Do not send products without approval — unapproved returns may be rejected.
STEP 3 – REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

Products must be returned using tracked shipping

If the fault is confirmed as a warranty issue, return shipping may be covered

Replacements may be new or refurbished
-
If the original Product is unavailable, a Product of equal or greater value may be supplied
7. WARRANTY ON REPAIRS
Any repaired or replaced Product is covered for the remaining balance of the original warranty, or 30 days, whichever is longer.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wicked Labs AU is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of data, profits, or personal information

Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modification
This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
