I bought a TMR module with increased tension but had too much tension when I used it. Wicked Labs asked me to send it back and they will fix it and send it back with no extra cost. I was really surprise on how easy they handle issues like this. Would buy again from them for sure. Enjoying my new module now with no issue.

Definitely worth the money spent on getting a custom controller to enhance my gaming experience and help increase my competitiveness in game. Laxman is also super helpful in explaining the different components of the controller and responds quickly. Overall a great purchasing and gaming experience.

I’ve had my upgraded DualSense Edge back since Thursday and all I can say is… it’s an absolute beast. I’ve already dropped back-to-back solo wins with 16+ kills in each game, and I feel like I’m shredding harder than ever before. It’s seriously turned me into a freak.

If you’re a controller player and want to improve, I genuinely recommend this. It won’t magically make a bad player a god, but here’s the honest breakdown:
• If you’re struggling (1.0 KD or under) – you’ll definitely start landing shots more and staying on target easier.
• If you’re already solid – expect to level up hard.
• If you’re already a demon – this build will turn you into a straight-up god-tier gamer.

Everything about the controller feels clean, crisp, and built for performance. Wicked Labs went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Will definitely be sending all my controllers here in the future!

Only found out about wicked labs not to long ago and l have been using custom controllers for years only because there is no 4 button or 4 paddle Dualsense manufactures to the day.
Every company I went to seemed to have there own way of doing things which was fine but always something broke or cheaply put together.
Not Wicked labs
I had all my controllers from different company’s sent to them to fix and within days all were fixed and have lasted already longer then the ones that made the custom controllers.
